Why don't you enter competitions?

You can probably already guess that this is a question that I am asked all the time.  There really are two answers to this question.  First, I actually DO enter competitions.  I tend to stay on the small circuit because there are less politics and, quite honestly, I cant see myself shelling out thousands of dollars just to prove that my sauce is great.  I will let you be the judge of that.  Second, I would much rather take the extra time that I have to spend with my family or volunteering at my church.

Can I purchase other quantities?

At this time, I am limiting the business to only selling in bottles.  If you have a specific need that you think I may be able to fill, or just want to ask on the off chance that I can work something out, please use the form on the Contact page.

Why don't you have other varieties of sauce?

This is probably the most asked question.  I have one simple answer.  I have been to BBQ joints all over the world.  Yes, the world.  I have tried all the Honey, Hot, Super Hot, Maple, etc, etc. sauces out there and have come to one conclusion.  In my opinion, if you make a sauce that everyone enjoys, why would you want to change or jeopardize that?  When I walk into my favorite BBQ Joint here in town, I already know which sauce I am using. General rule of thumb is that 75% of BBQ Patrons use the "Original" sauce.  Sure, I have had requests, but I always ask back "Why mess with perfection?"
